BHI built the Blue Mountain Tower from the ground up, completing all dirt work, concrete foundations, crane operations, and tower erection to help complete a communications network that runs from Washington to Colorado. During construction, our crews overcame challenging weather—including high winds and lightning—and adjusted the lift plan to stack the top 60 feet in safer 20-foot sections when crane sag became a concern at height; BHI has built four similar towers to expand Williams’ pipeline communications coverage.
