Company honors outstanding individuals, teams, and projects across all divisions
BHI hosted its annual Awards Ceremony last week, bringing together teammates from across the company to celebrate the individuals, teams, and projects that exemplify the organization’s Core Values, mission, and brand promise. The evening recognized 23 awards spanning every major market BHI serves, from horizontal and vertical construction to energy and corporate operations.
The BHI Awards are one of the company’s most meaningful traditions. Each year, the event highlights the dedication, leadership, craftsmanship, and character that shape BHI’s culture and strengthen the work performed across its divisions and regions.
This year, BHI introduced a new format: rather than selecting winners solely from the full pool of nominations, the company recognized outstanding recipients from each major market it serves. The approach ensures that excellence is celebrated across every corner of the organization.
“The BHI Awards are a celebration of all our teams and individuals that go above and beyond,” said Erik Haslem, CEO of BHI. “These awards recognize people who live our Core Values in the way they lead, serve, build, and support others. Our employees wear my father’s name every day, and the way they carry themselves and represent what he stood for is something I am deeply grateful for. It is an honor to celebrate the people and teams who make BHI what it is.”
