BHI is pleased to announce the acquisition of Foresight Land Surveying, Inc., a Logan, Utah-based surveying firm known for its technical expertise, strong client relationships, and full-spectrum land surveying services.
Founded in 2007 by Jeff and Mary Nielsen, Foresight has built a strong reputation across Utah for high-quality survey work, including boundary and cadastral surveying, topographic mapping, subdivision surveying, roadway and utility surveys, ALTA surveys, elevation certifications, construction layout, aerial mapping, LiDAR, drone photogrammetry, and 3D scanning.
The acquisition strengthens BHI’s ability to provide integrated design-build and EPC solutions by expanding its in-house surveying capabilities.
Foresight operates with four field crews and a dedicated office staff of drafters and coordinators. The company brings decades of combined experience and has supported projects ranging from commercial and residential development to infrastructure, utilities, heavy civil construction, and public works.
Jeff Nielsen has worked in surveying since 1992 and has been a licensed surveyor since 2003. He currently serves as the Cache County Surveyor. His technical leadership and Foresight’s long-standing local reputation will add meaningful depth to BHI’s growing service offering.
