Brett Haslem Receives Top 10 COO Award

BHI is pleased to announce that our Chief Operating Officer Brett Haslem has been recognized as a Top 10 COO by the 2022 OnCon Icon Awards.

The OnCon Icon Awards recognize the top COOs in North America. Finalists were voted on by peers and the COO community, and were recognized for demonstrating success and a positive impact on their organizations, making strong contributions to the COO community through thought leadership, and exhibiting innovative leadership.

“It was an honor to engage and be recognized among this extraordinary group of COOs. I thoroughly enjoyed the two days we spent as a group, and the things I took away from our discussions will make me a better leader in the future,” said Brett Haslem, Chief Operating Officer of BHI. “It has been a blessing to serve in this capacity for the last 15 years and to lead this amazing team of results-oriented and mission-driven individuals on many exciting projects as we continue to do our part in building America.”

Brett Haslem has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has served as COO for the organization since 2007. He is a results-oriented, hands-on leader that oversees all of BHI’s divisions and works closely with all levels of leadership within the organization. Brett is a strategic problem-solver and change manager, personally directing and guiding the growth of the company. He is very involved in the construction industry and his local community, serves on many boards and lends his voice and expertise to several organizations. Brett is a strong believer in BHI’s slogan of “Industry Excellence Powered by Values” and is dedicated to its Mission, Brand Promise and Core Values.
