BHI Announces Employee Leadership Changes

BHI

As BHI continues to grow and expand its footprint into more markets and locations across the country, there is a continued need for the company to adjust and adapt to the changing business environment as well as the growth opportunities that naturally come with it.

To help navigate this growth, the following employee promotions and leadership changes were announced today at the company’s Quarterly Leadership Meeting:

  • Mike Duncan is promoted to Vice President of Operations overseeing industrial construction.
  • Brandon Wilkins is promoted to Vice President of Operations overseeing commercial construction.
  • Daren Anderson is now transitioning to Vice President of Pre-Construction Services overseeing engineering, business development, and pre-construction.

“These individuals have risen to the challenge of leading an ever-growing company, and I look forward to working with them to continue to drive our company forward,” said Erik Haslem, CEO of BHI.

“I also want to thank each and every teammate of BHI for your continued hard work and dedication to making BHI the company that it is today. I couldn’t be more proud of what we have accomplished this year, and I can’t wait to see what the next 12 months have in store.”

BHI is a general contractor with a national footprint specializing in vertical and horizontal construction in building, energy, infrastructure, and mining markets. BHI is dedicated to its Core Values and committed to providing a genuinely superior experience in every interaction.
